He has triumphed in BBQ competitions across the nation, winning several awards including Reserve Grand Champion and working alongside Pitmasters like 6-time BBQ World Champion, Tuffy Stone. He brings this refined food knowledge and expertise to every table he serves.
Combining science and technique gained from years of food development, Chef Patrick David leads one of Northern California’s top catering companies, Fraiche Catering and its newest service, Front Door Fraiche. This new service focuses on elevating the in-home dining experience by delivering skillfully crafted meals with simple finishing instructions — no cooking experience necessary. It’s the perfect solution for intimate celebrations (like holidays, anniversaries, birthdays), romantic date nights, and weekly treats alike.
